LOYALTY PROGRAM
By registering to participate in our Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
The Loyalty Program is available to all customers residing in the United States who are at least 18 years old.
Enrollment
Enrollment is free. Customers may register at in-store kiosks by providing accurate information, including mobile phone number, first name, last name, and/or email address.
Data Collection
By enrolling, customers agree to provide accurate and complete information. Information collected will be used to send promotions and exclusive offers. We may also collect information regarding shopping habits in order to provide personalized promotions.
Use of Information
All collected information will remain confidential and will only be used for purposes related to the Loyalty Program. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as required by law.
Mobile Privacy
Personal information will not be sold or shared with non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional purposes.
Aries Supermarket will not send sweepstakes-related content via SMS nor use personal information for sweepstakes-related activities.
Communications
By registering, customers agree to receive marketing communications, including SMS messages, emails, and online promotions. Customers may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in the communications.
Exclusive Offers
Members may receive exclusive offers, promotions, and discounts on selected products. These offers are valid only for Loyalty Program members and may not be combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website.
By enrolling in our Loyalty Program, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact the supermarket customer service department.
SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You may enroll in the Loyalty Program by texting the keyword AD or at the kiosks installed in the store. You may also contact the supermarket or speak with the supermarket Administration Department regarding the program.
You may cancel your participation at any time by texting STOP or replying STOP to any text message.
Message and data rates may apply. One message will be sent per request. Following initial registration, an introductory message will also be sent.
By providing a mobile phone number, you represent and agree that:
You are the account holder and subscriber for the number provided or have permission from the subscriber to receive messages and calls;
You authorize the sending of calls and SMS messages for any purpose, including advertising, using automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages;
You agree to notify us immediately if the provided phone number changes;
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, expenses, or damages related to your failure to notify us of phone number changes;
You understand that agreeing to these terms is not a condition of purchasing products or services and that standard carrier charges may apply.
